Nagarkot Trekking

The students of class ten and teachers went one day trekking from Nagarkot to Saali River. Nagarkot is famous for site scene of Himalayan range.The day was clear and sun shinning.So we could see the the Himalayan range during whole trekking hours.It took about fours hours to trek the destination.The scenes were really heart touching and eye catching. We could collect a wonderful and new experience of trekking.We had lot joy and fun in the trekking.

Australian friend Wendy Michell ,Adelaide, South Australia sponsored other two more children of Blue Sky Public School,Kathmandu, Nepal.She sponsored Sangya Shrestha and Susant Timilsina.Sangya is 5 years old,girl and Susant is also 5 years old,boy. Both are studying in grade LKG.Windy has already sponsored to Ayush silpakar too.I am very happy to thank to Windy.

Excursion Tour

Blue Sky Public High School has organized a excursion program to all classes this week.It is excursion week of school.The students from class one to class three went Balaju park. They visited there Baise Dhara(22 taps).It is history and culture of this place. There is great fair each year.They visited a temple too.

It is my great pleasure to thank Malcolm Malcolm and Antoinette Lindquist and their family who sponsored  four children of Blue Sky Public School School,Kathmandu,Nepal.Malcolm and Antoinette Lindquist have visited this school in October, 2011 with David Rusk.It is great support for their education.

The Principal's Tour

On 10th December, 2011, BSP School organized a principal's tour program. Some new parents and some old parents visited the school  with the principal. The Principal Prem Oli, shared with the parents information about the new development of he school, like the kitchen garden, pin up boards, mini library system and the new library. He also shared  information about how the students of BSP School learn English online. He informed the   parents that he is going to set a standard English language class with a projector. All the parents  were impressed with the new developments of the school. The students of the tour group shared with parents how they were  organizing the recycle project and they asked  all  parents present  to help them with their recycle project.

Annual Sports Meet 2011

BSP School ,Kathmandu organized an Annual Sport Meet 2011.

The students from all group took part in different matches. There was inter house competition.The program was conducted for three days.The students played basket ball,lawn tennis and different races.

Ros visit School

Our Australian friends Rosalind Mortimer and her family visited Blue sky Public school.Alisha,Chi and their twins daughters were on the visit program.They met shishan, the sponsored child by Ros.

It is my great pleasure  to thank the students and staffs of Pulteney Grammar School,South Australia who sponsored 12 students of BSP School. It is a wonderful support for these kids who are from poor family back ground. They are very happy to come at BSP school.

Bob and Jan from South Australia sponsored a child at BSP School,Kathmandu Nepal when they were on the visit of BSP School. He is reading in class UGK. He is from very poor background.His mother works in tailoring.His father passed a way in march 2011.He is 7 years old.He has a sister. I would like to thank Bob and Jan for sponsoring this kid.

Green Boards by Brownhill Creek

It is my great pleasure to thank Rtn David Rusk and all members of the rotary club of Brownhill Creek,Adeliade ,South Australia for support to make green boards and white boards at Blue Sky Public school,Kathmandu, Nepal.We have enouh green boards and white boards each class.We are very happy to have green boards and it has standardized class rooms.It helps to published the creation of students and thier activities.

Blue Sky Public school,Kathmandu, Nepal organized a welcome program  to Australian friends and award ceremony.The Chief Guest of the program was Rtn David Rusk,The retired principal of Adelaide. He distributed the award and gave a speech.The other guests  also distributed the awards to the students of Blue Sky Public School.The principal gave a welcome speech and the academic director,Khagendra Dhakal delivered the speech of vote of thanks.The students performed many kind s cultural dances,kata and fashion show.They visited old school building and Library and computer lab.
